We evaluate the entire accounting environment, not just QuickBooks Online. We support the management of any technology tool or software impacting financial data and handle the integration of these systems into QuickBooks Online. We validate system requirements, map the systems, test the integrations, and ensure the financial data flowing between the systems is accurate.

We understand the unique aspects of our clients’ businesses and the details of their transactions. Instead of a “one size fits all” approach, we create customized, documented workflows tailored to each client’s specific needs.

When companies hire a fractional accountant, they often choose between:

A part-time bookkeeper

This option is inexpensive but lacks the skills and expertise to perform the job well, often leading to mistakes and requiring extensive oversight from the business owner. Their limited knowledge leaves complex accounting needs unmet (e.g., cash management, budgets, forecasts, investor relations).

A part-time CFO

Most fractional CFOs focus on big-picture strategy and complex decision making, but don’t get involved in daily accounting tasks or oversight of the accounting team. Resolve Works supports your organization by working across the entire accounting spectrum – from bookkeeping, controller, to CFO. We bring our own bookkeeping and accounting teams, or provide oversight and training to your in-house team to ensure that accurate information is always flowing up to the CFO, making their contributions more impactful.

We take full ownership of the accounting process. We guide our clients on best practices, eliminating the need for them to develop bookkeeping procedures and train us. We assess their environment, develop procedures, and create a comprehensive accounting playbook.

Our team is trained in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®), a highly effective methodology detailed in the book Traction by Gino Wickman. EOS® addresses the core challenges faced by entrepreneurial businesses. We work with companies that self-implement EOS® or collaborate with a Professional EOS® Implementer. We speak the language of EOS® and embrace its processes. As part of your finance team, we hold Rocks, participate in Weekly L10s, attend Quarterly Planning Sessions, and sit in the finance seat on your accountability chart.
